100 Lateral Burpees (over a Dumbbell)
100 Box Step-Ups (24”)
100 Push-Ups
+ Every minute on the minute, perform:
5 Air Squats
5 Sit-Ups
Time Cap: 30 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform 100 Lateral Burpees (over an object, such as a Dumbbell), 100 Box Step-Ups, and 100 Push-Ups. Every minute on the minute, including at the start, complete 5 Air Squats and 5 Sit-Ups before resuming the 100’s.
Score is the time on the clock when the 100th Push-Up is completed.
This workout can easily be done at home or a hotel gym. The burpees can be over any object or even a line on the floor. For box step ups find a workout bench or sturdy chair to use - Or just do 100 stationary lunges.
