» UPDATE - Since this post was published I now have guys working out with me and I have changed up my programming. I still want to add in Benchmark, Chipper and Strength once every week but read below for when I was alone and just starting out.

Weight vest week (Every second week I’ll use a weight vest ~15lb.)
.: Base :. I walked just under 6 miles and ran just under 30 miles = 34.95 I’m happy with this volume. Ended the week with over 100,000 steps. Besides the recorded activities I had a good day of physical labor tearing down my old wood fence.
