Houses do need maintenance and love but compared to the great value to life and leisure they add; they are worth every penny!
We want a bigger house but if we can’t sell now we will make due and keep loving our PNW home! 💖
2016: Painted walls, bought new washer and dryer
2017: Updated water shutoffs for toilets and sinks
2018: Installed a limiter on main water shutoff-valve (to mitigate the city’s high water pressure)
2019: Installed new bathroom fans, replaced and upgraded both bathroom floors to vinyl flooring
2020: Bought new fridge, replaced Garage side exit-door (including frame), installed new hot water tank and further painted walls and added wainscoting
2022: Installed new water heater and servicing furnace: New main control board
2023: Wiring for (pottery) kiln in Garage
2024: New sink, dishwasher, built shed and planted shrubs
2025: Trimmed trees (4 truckloads of branches), Replaced old fence with brand new one, Cleaned out dryer vents, new microwave/kitchen stove fan
