On workouts with great volumes of pull-ups, C2B (Chest to bar) pull-ups or BMUโs (Bar Muscle-Ups) I need to wear โgripsโ to save my hands, and my favorite ones include nice thick wrist bands.
Problem, my watch is in the way. I love to analyze and compare workout data so it has been annoying not wearing it. So, today I came up with an idea to wear my watch on my ankle! (I know, not very unique)

This data is awesome! When pushing a baby stroller you only get 50% of steps recorded. So, with my daily target of 12,000 steps, it has meant that I have had to walk 20,000 steps somedays to get there. Now I can stop blaming the baby for theft! ๐ถ๐
