Here’s a suggestion for your next Hero WOD. Would make a great Veterans Day WOD.

150 Walking Lunges

50 Burpees

It’s a CrossFit workout from Wodwell. First time was over an hour. My best was like 55 min.

Yeah that included my rest time.

I did it on Tuesday, so only 2nd workout of the week. Plus I’m not doing extra runs n stuff like that

I am over 200 in body weight, when I get back down to 190 I might have a chance getting a better time. Haha 😄

I’m in the same boat! I was 211 last night, trying to head the other direction. But I love food so..
